Bhanzu Pre-Sales Associate - Roles and Responsibilities

● Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.

● Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.

● Make calls to clients and respond to callback requests.

● Email & WhatsApp conversations with potential leads.

● Make potential leads understand our courses.

● Converting potential leads to attend the trial Classes.

● Learning & using our customer relations management software & other

related computer software.
